This is the registration form for multiple people of one organisation (with a maximum of 10 people per form) to register for the International Donor Registry Conference 2023 and/or the WMDA Meetings, which will be held in conjunction.

Registrants who cancel prior to May 16, 2023, will receive a refund of the paid amount, minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be given after that date. Cancellations are accepted by email only to: finance@wmda.info.

Please note: The group sign-on must be paid by Credit Card due to a limit of € 1.000,- on all other payment options. If credit card payment is not an option for you, please refer to the individual registration form. This allows for SEPA bank transfers through several payment options.

Please fill in the names and mail addresses of all people that you want to register. This form is limited to 10 attendees. If you want to register more than 10 people, please use this form multiple times. After adding attendee 2, a field for a third attendee will appear and so on until you reach 10 attendees. 

*On 20 June there are special educational sessions for WMDA Reviewers and on 21 June there are special educational sessions for Search Coordinators. WMDA Reviewers will attend on 20 June only. Search Coordinators with access to WSMS will attend on 21 June only.
