This is the form for speakers to register for the International Donor Registry Conference 2023 and the WMDA Meetings, which will be held in conjunction. We thank you for being a speaker during the 13th IDRC and we hope you will consider to also attend the WMDA meetings as well, which will follow directly after. Should you register for the WMDA Meetings and need to cancel, please be informed of our cancellation policy: registrants who cancel prior to May 16, 2023, will receive a refund of the paid amount, minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be given after that date. Cancellations are accepted by email only to: finance@wmda.info.
