Lid Raad van Toezicht (Finance & Fundraising Expertise)

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Supervisory Board (Raad van Toezicht) with a solid understanding of governance within (international) member-driven associations. The current members of the Supervisory Board (Raad van Toezicht) possess broad skills sets that jointly cover all major organizational domains. By combining the Chair’s healthcare-and-legal knowledge, the second member’s business and IT expertise, and the new member’s finance-and fundraising, the Supervisory Board (Raad van Toezicht) can effectively fulfill its duties and help guide the development of WMDA. The Supervisory Board (Raad van Toezicht) is therefore looking for a new member to add to that skill set with a particular focus on financial (auditing) expertise and fundraising in a non profit market, not only on the European market (EU-grants) but also in the tradition of institutionalised charitable fundraising in the US market on giving. Global Partnership & Development Director

WMDA is seeking a highly skilled and mission‑driven Global Partnership & Development Director will be responsible for building and executing a strategic fundraising roadmap that enables WMDA to scale its impact. You will focus on identifying, cultivating, and stewarding donor relationships and representing the WMDA across relevant platforms to expand its visibility and donor base.

This effort will support the development of new digital capabilities, strengthen donor and patient safety programs, and ensure that WMDA can continue to serve transplant centres, registries, and donors worldwide with excellence. Read more details in the link.
