WMDA’s Education Committee is pleased to invite all search coordinators to its first open-to-all meeting, designed to support learning, collaboration, and professional growth. This session offers a valuable opportunity to connect with peers and exchange insights that directly enhance daily practice.
Kristin Naruko and Fabienne Heger will present “Optimizing Search & Transplant Time”, a well-received session previously delivered during the WMDA meeting in Madrid last March. Their presentation will highlight practical strategies for efficiency in source search and selection to improve time-to-transplant. Participants will gain actionable insights that can be immediately applied in their own work.
In addition, the meeting will feature an interactive case discussion, allowing attendees to share experiences and explore solutions together. This collaborative approach ensures that every participant can both contribute and learn from others across the global community.
The meeting will be informal and welcoming, encouraging open dialogue and connection. It is not only an opportunity to learn, but also to build relationships and discuss topics that truly matter in your role.
Please note that this session is open and can be attended by anyone with an interest to join. We warmly welcome you.
