Membership Renewal and Termination

Automatic Annual Renewal
Your membership will renew automatically each year. An invoice will be sent to you in January. If you wish to cancel your membership, please email mail@wmda.info.

Termination Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing mail@wmda.info.

• If you cancel within two weeks of receiving the annual January invoice, your membership will be terminated without any charges for the upcoming year.
• If you cancel more than two weeks after receiving the invoice, the full annual fee will apply, and no refunds will be issued.
• Membership fees that aren’t paid within four weeks after sending the annual invoice will be terminated automatically.
