Richaele Nichiporenko – Gift of Life: Challenges and benefits in setting up a collection centre

Description

Richaele Nichiporenko is a Nurse Practitioner at the Gift of Life Marrow Registry where she serves as the Associate Medical Director.

Her roles include medical management of allogeneic stem cell donations and oversight in Hematopoietic Progenitor Cell (HPC) and Mononuclear Cell (MNC) apheresis procedures.

She is also highly involved in the development and implementation of cell and gene therapy programs to supply starting materials for research and commercialization.

She resides in South Florida where she earned a Doctor of Nursing degree from Florida Atlantic University and has dedicated her career to the field of stem cell therapy.
